“France and the United Kingdom will hold a conference in the coming days aimed at restoring freedom of navigation in the strait. This will be a peaceful multinational and strictly defensive mission, separate from the belligerents.
“France welcomes the victory of democratic participation, the Hungarian people's commitment to the values of the European Union, and Hungary's commitment to Europe.
“There's too much speaking; it's going in all directions. It's a serious situation. It's the lives of women, men, the lives of civilians at stake. When we want to be serious, we don't say each day the opposite of what we said the day before.
