“We just won a court order blocking the Trump administration’s new rule that would have allowed the USPS to interfere with mail-in voting. States are responsible for processing our elections, and the USPS does not have the authority to decide who can and cannot vote by mail.
“I'm suing to block the Trump administration's new rule that allows the USPS to intercept and reject lawful ballots, threatening millions of Americans' right to vote. This will create confusion and unacceptable risks for voters.
“This decision is a painful setback. But it will not be the final word.

“We are grateful that a federal court has once again agreed that the Trump Administration’s decision to freeze billions of dollars in grants for the Gateway Tunnel Project is flagrantly unlawful. This is the most important infrastructure project in the nation, and thanks to our litigation, 1,000 people are back on the job and construction continues every day. This victory sends a clear message: the Trump Administration’s attempt to halt Gateway funding will not stand.
