WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) this week announced federal grants for flood mitigation in Pooler and Bryan County, Georgia. Rep. Earl L. “Buddy” Carter (R-GA) voted in favor of this funding as part of the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026.
