“Putin should not be invited to [the] G20 summit. He is prosecuting a war in Ukraine right now, and we should treat him like the dictator he is.
“I agree with Senator Curtis. It is unseemly to take a huge gift from a Putin ally at a time when President Trump has a hard time identifying who started this war and who is the invader.
“We need to continue just to again let them know that they’re not going to be allowed to take Taiwan by force.

Flooding the market with foreign beef hurts our livestock industry and undermines the long-term solution: growing the U.S. cattle herd to meet demand.
“I appreciate the Administration’s work to lower grocery prices. Short term policy shifts do not equal long term solutions. Flooding the market with lower quality beef compromises Nebraska farmers and ranchers. They should be enabled to grow herd sizes and meet consumer demand.
“I’m not a fan of global tariffs. It’s also wacky to maintain global tariffs on nearly everything while removing the one tariff that helps our ranchers.
“Despite record-low herd sizes, Nebraska’s ranchers continue to produce high-quality beef for consumers around the world.
“As ranchers continue to face historically low herd sizes, this move undercuts American farmers and ranchers by flooding the market with lower quality foreign beef.
“NATO is the most successful defensive military alliance in history. This decision and its rapid implementation will weaken our shared deterrence posture in Europe by sending a troubling signal. Deterring Russia through strong support for NATO is far less costly than potentially fighting a war with Russia in the future.
“I do have concerns that the president said he was not aware that we had a shortage of weapons like cruise missiles and Patriots.
“When you have a shortage of Patriots, shortage of cruise missiles, and other weapons, that this has not been managed well, or in the fact that the president claims he did not know, so that — that's a concern.
“Don't fiddle-paddle in other democracies' elections.
“I opposed nationalizing elections when Speaker Pelosi wanted major changes to elections in all 50 states. I'll oppose this now as well. I work with the NE Gov & Unicameral to ensure we have secure elections where every citizen's vote counts. This is what the Constitution calls for.
“This is so dumb that I have a hard time believing it is true. We don't want a bunch of Pravda newspapers only touting the Government's official position. A free press makes our country better. This sounds like more amateur hour.
