“This is about the victims getting the evidence and documentation for themselves that the DOJ is denying them, and then also the AGs in different states should be able to pursue this, particularly New Mexico.
“You've got to sign on. There's no other option.
“This isn’t personal. It’s about what standard we want for the people entrusted with enormous power over the American people.
“By new state election laws of July of this year, you had to have voted in the last two of the last three Republican primaries and it's not clear she has.
“It's admirable and honorable what she's done to take the wings for the next six months, but she has no records and I am not even sure she's qualified to be on the ballot.
“Ilhan Omar is just one of many foreign-born members of this government who have made clear, time and again, their loyalty is not here.
“If you hold power in the American government, you should be a natural-born American citizen. The American people deserve leaders who put America first. This amendment closes a gap in our Constitution long overdue for closing.
“Everything I have seen, you have surpassed all of my expectations and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
“Bondi's removal as Attorney General doesn't erase her obligation to testify and does not end Congressional oversight.
“I support expelling both Gonzales and Swalwell. This is not a partisan issue. When members of Congress abuse their power over the people who work for them, they must face consequences regardless of party. We cannot have different standards for different parties.
“Pam Bondi cannot escape accountability simply because she no longer holds the office of Attorney General. Our motion to subpoena Pam Bondi, which was passed by the Oversight Committee, was for Bondi by name, not by title. We did it by name and not by the title of the attorney general, so she is still compelled and required by law to come before the Oversight Committee.
“If the reports that Lee Zeldin will be replacing Pam Bondi as Attorney General are true — I welcome it. Bondi handled the Epstein Files in a terrible manner and made this situation far worse than it had to be for President Trump.
