The United States never once said Lebanon was part of the ceasefire. We never made that promise. Iran's foreign minister has been responding well to the ceasefire, but others in the country have been lying about the agreement. This is why I say this is a fragile truce. If Iran wants this to fall apart over Lebanon, that's on them.
